Cancellation/Refund Policy

Terms: 'Company' refers to Real Life Ish

1) We will begin your session at the time of booking if you are more than 5 minutes late this time will come off your session. If you need to cancel please do so with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 12 hours you will be charged the full session fee. This is to protect the integrity of our availability so other people can easily book in as well.

2) Company makes no guarantee or warranty that the sessions will meet the Client’s requirements or that all Clients will achieve the same results.
